BIA signs momentous MOU with Prime Minister's Office

Business Integrity Alliance (BIA) signed a significant and momentous Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Prime Minister’s Department on the 2nd of October 2017.

The signing was completed at BIA’s office by Mohd Shah Bin Hashim (President of BIA) and Dr Mark Lovatt (Secretary General of BIA).

The MOU signifies the Malaysian Government’s appointment of the BIA as the government’s ‘smart partner’ in combating private sector corruption.

In line with the National Key Result Area (NKRA) of fighting corruption, BIA will act as the government’s facilitator to bring together private companies, academic institutions, civil society organisations, and government agencies to collectively overcome corruption factors affecting the business environment.
