Organisation Structure
Our organisation is the not-for-profit Company Limited by Guarantee Business Integrity Alliance Berhad, which is a registered participant of the United Nations Global Compact.
We are able to sustain our operations through funding from the private sector, particularly organisations (mostly companies) who have joined the Alliance as Partners. Partners contribute a yearly membership fee which goes towards covering the cost of events and materials.
Our organisation is governed by a Steering Committee, composed primarily of representatives of Partner companies. The Committee exists to provide oversight, control and strategic direction for the Alliance.

Secretary General
Dr Mark Lovatt is an expert in private sector corruption and the CEO of Trident Integrity Solutions, a leading consultancy firm specialising in strengthening corporate integrity infrastructure in Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region. He has spoken at conferences across the region.
